Ascott Barn
New build. Works completed, we supplied scaffolding to measure and fit cladding battens over breather membrane, then install new Larch cladding around exterior of property. Then complete a large area of rear decking and stairs in new composite decking.
Barleycorn Fields
After a house fire. Extensive worked carried out to change use from garage to a media room. Stripped and rebuilt roof with new roof trusses, batten, felt, and new roof tiles. Built new insulated walls, floor and plastered new room.
Bideford, Southcott March
New roof and slate. Roof stripped, re-battened and breathable membrane installed. Supply and fit new Brazilian slate roof.
Bideford, Oaklands
Double storey extension. Footings, block work, insulated and new cut roof. Plastered and finished inside.
​We created a large open plan living room area and an upstairs master bedroom with personal ensuite.

Replace and redesign old decking.
We stripped, removed old weather damage decking. Measured and replaced with modern composite long life decking.
